About Author
Peggy van Hulsteyn is an accomplished author and speaker who has practiced yoga for over four decades. She was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 12 years ago. Since then, she has devoted her talents and energy to improving the lives of those with PD. Her cover article for "Yoga Journal" on the tangible benefits yoga can bring to people with PD drew international acclaim.
