About Author
Christine A. Padesky, Ph.D., clinical psychologist, is Director of the Center for Cognitive Therapy in Huntington Beach, California, and Assistant Clinical Professor in Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the University of California, Irvine. A graduate of Yale University and UCLA, she has used cognitive therapy since 1978 to help hundreds of clients overcome emotional difficulties and make life changes.
