About Author
Bruce Fife, C.N., N.D. is a certified nutritionist and naturopathic doctor and is the author of many books, including The Gluten-Free Coconut Flour Cookbook; The Coconut Oil Miracle (formerly titled The Healing Miracles of Coconut Oil); Coconut Lover's Cookbook;Eat Fat, Look Thin; The Detox Book; Saturated Fat May Save Your Life; and Cooking with Coconut Flour.
