Is my order successful?

To check if your order is successful:

  • Go to Track Orders page
  • Locate your order and click your order number
  • If payment status = PAID, then payment is successful
  • Your order is being processed

If status is UNPAID although you have made payment, please contact us at  [email protected] and mention your order number.



How can I print receipt?

To print receipt:

  • Go to Track Orders page
  • Locate your order then click order number
  • On order details page, you can click “Print Official Receipt” (this link is placed on the right side of the page)



Can I cancel or modify my orders?

Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable even if the books are not delivered or received yet

We urge our customers to be certain that they want the books before placing an order with us



Can I specify delivery date and/or time?

  • We regret that we cannot instruct our courier to delivery on a specific time and date
  • Your order will usually be dispatched within 7-10 working days
  • When your order was dispatched, email notification and tracking number will be sent to you
  • This means your order is now in courier's possession
  • Courier will make first delivery attempt within 2 working days from dispatch date



How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?

Should you receive any items that:

  • You did not order
  • Are damaged or defective
  • Are materially different than described on our website

Please contact us at  [email protected] giving us details of your order:

  • Your order number 
  • Date you received or collected the book
  • Photos of the book, clearly showing the damage or defect

Should you find defective or damaged items, you should inform us within 3 working days after receiving the goods.
