This book is made up of a series of speeches given in honour of Wolfgang Frisch on the occasion of his 70th birthday. It contains among others a lecture by Gunther Jakobs on criminal law and morals, reflections on the definition of legal wrong-doing by Manuel Cancio, as well as thoughts on the future of criminal law by Wolfgang Frisch himself.
