Thrown off the train for not having a ticket, Mona finds herself, alone, at night with no money. The local teacher, Marin, invites her to stay and an attraction soon develops. But their happiness is shattered the next day by the arrival of Mona's boyfriend. Will she return to the city with him or choose a quieter life with Marin in the country?
