Gar is not like the other students at the Academy for Cruel and Unpleasant Goblins. His kindness and loyalty put him at odds with his father, his teammates, and the school's strict headmaster.

When met with growing pressure to change his kind ways, Gar sets out on a mission to prove himself a truly unpleasant goblin. But how far will he go in search for approval and what will he find on the other side of his choices?
