The Saga of Skalheim
The Saga of Skalheim
Paperback - English

A poem told in the form of intertwined narratives from each kingdom, "The Saga of Skalheim" evokes a bleak fantasy world reminiscent of Scandinavian sagas and ancient epics:

In a land once ruled by the ancient Felrothi, three kingdoms of Skalheim vie for survival and dominance.

Mylians migrants built their mighty citadel Mygdol around the ruins of an abandoned Felrothi Tower. The Fror built their fortress Frorguard into the frigid mountains below the Northlands. Groups of exiles arriving from the sea settled in the south and became known as the Fen clans.

Years ago, Fen warlords invaded Mygdol, leading them to form an alliance with Frorguard. The two nations defeated the Fen and negotiated a hard-won truce.

However, grim fortunes now await these tribes of Skalheim. The pact between the kingdoms of Frorguard and Mygdol is fraying and the resurgent Fen seek to exploit their mutual distrust. Most ominously, each nation has begun to discover the magicks of the extinct Felrothi race.
