When Kevin Bannister starts a new school his quiet and happy life changes. He finds himself the victim of a sinister and sly bully, Spud (David Tate) who to a bystander looks like Kevin's best friend. When eyes are turned Spud kicks, pokes and punches Kevin and submits him to mental torture.
