About Author
Michelle Blesi brings fourteen years of clinical and laboratory skills, and supervisory roles to her teaching and writing. The program director and practicum coordinator at Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota since 2001, she teaches courses in the medical assisting curriculum, both in the classroom and on-line. She holds a Masters degree in Community Psychology and is a Certified Medical Assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants.
