This book is a key resource that explains step by step, the essential skills required to rigorously construct and quality assure Logical Data Models. It also defines the processes required for organisations to successfully adopt them, and so align their systems, operations and strategic direction.
In the last decade, Data Models have made the transition from being ad-hoc and limited in scope, to becoming a central pillar of the Enterprise Data Architectural landscape. Arguably they are now more important than ever. It is only with a full and agreed understanding of the 'What?', 'When?' and 'How?' of an organisation's data structures and flows, that we can, for example; contemplate plugging COTS products together, implement in the Cloud, ingest data into our Data Lakes, or report across the Enterprise system landscape.
No technical background is required to gain a full benefit from the book, it and is relevant for all organisations and data realms. It provides numerous explanations, examples, check lists and templates to provide the reader with a wealth of practical material that will speed their ability to start data modelling effectively and confidently.
In the beginning was Jamestown.... This is the wondrous story of the genesis of America told through this cradle to the grave account of the life of one man. Richard Pace was a simple London carpenter who became an Ancient Planter - a name given to the earliest colonial settlers. It was his timely warning of an impending attack that saved the first permanent settlement in Virginia from annihilation. Richard's heroic act had profound consequences:
Westminster Abbey is primarily a working church and is set up as such; not as a museum. Yet the majority of visitors are not worshippers. They are there to wonder at the magnificence of the building and its history as told by the artefacts on display (e.g. the Coronation Chair) and the plethora of monuments and graves of those memorialised and/or buried there. Unlike a museum, few points of interest are identified by way of labels and, necessarily, only a very small minority of them can be included in a conveniently sized guidebook.
There are over 3,000 people known to have been buried in the Abbey. There are stories behind many of them. This little book concentrates on some of those in the Nave and stories unlikely to be found in the usual guidebooks.
A collection of poems inspired by nature's beauty, ethereal sounds, and resilience towards adversity.

Mother nature simply provides nourishment and guides us without any expectations. Teaching us that life truly is the purest gift of all.
This book describes how the quality of life can be improved by exploiting the central role of the hearing organs from the astonishing discoveries of Professor Alfred Tomatis.
This book can be considered as a standard work to establish the proper execution of the original Tomatis method. It pays tribute to Professor Alfred Tomatis' pioneering work. It provides an insight into why and for what disabilities the method works so well. A wealth of scientific validations and cases are presented to illustrate this as an aid for practitioners as well as for potential clients and to convince the outside world. Details encompass anatomy, neurology, and physiology, pathology, psychology along with interpretations of listening tests, programming and equipment. It serves both therapists and clients, as well as generally interested persons and medical or educational institutions.
The authors have extensive experience in applying the therapy; Jozef Vervoort, as successor appointed by Professor Alfred Tomatis, has run a Tomatis Centre for over forty years, recently with his daughter Astrid, being Josef's successor. He is also the leader of the large MBL-Tomatis network of the Mozart-Brain-Lab. Martien de Voigt and his wife Ann, in close cooperation with Vervoort, have about twenty-five years' experience. In total about 45,000 disabilities have been successfully treated by them and numerous therapists trained.
EDEN INSIGHTS is a running commentary on: 'The Lost Books of Adam and Eve.'
'Eden Insights' takes us from the Garden of Eden and the subsequent 'Fall of man' all the way to the Great Flood. This book shows in detail, how evil came into the world, and shows many of the temptations put to Adam and Eve, that are not even mentioned in the Bible.
It shows how intensely difficult and painful it was for Adam and Eve to have to leave the beautiful and heavenly Garden of Eden.
It mentions the rebellion of Satan and the fallen angels, of Genesis 6 infamy.
These Lost books of Adam and Eve show Satan up for what he really is: a nasty pesky devil that seeks only to destroy God's Creation and his people. It shows in detail how the world became corrupted and overcome through temptation.
It was in fact so intense just before the Great Flood of Noah, that most of the 'children of Seth' came down from the 'mountain' and joined the evil sons of Cain in rebellion against God. As a result, only three men, and their families remained righteous before the Great Flood: Methuselah, Lamech and Noah. All the others became evil.
This book also contains amazing 'glimpses' from other apocryphal books, such as the Books of Enoch, Jubilees, Jasher and others, which help to fill in the gaps - to give a much fuller picture as to what really happened in Pre-Flood times.

Designed for psychologists, psychotherapists, and childcare professionals, The Neuroaffective Picture Book 2 - Identity and Socialization outlines the developmental psychology of identity and interaction skills from age 2 to 20 years, combining easy-to-understand text with light-hearted illustrations.
The text describes the development of the basic human motivation systems of attachment, play, status, gender identity and empathic mentalization during these years. The importance of peer relationships is highlighted, as well as reflections on how adult family members, mentors, therapists and teachers - hopefully wiser as well as older heads - can best support healthy maturation.
This stand-alone book continues the work of the previous volume, The Neuroaffective Picture Book, which gives an overview of personality development during the first few years of life.
'SECRETS OF ENOCH INSIGHTS' is a sequel to 'ENOCH INSIGHTS' which was based on the 1st Book of Enoch. The 'Secrets of Enoch Insights' is based on the 2nd Book of Enoch. Both these books go together like hand and glove. The 2 books complement each other as the author is sure that Enoch himself originally intended.
SN Strutt's INSIGHTS books are designed to take the original text of the ancient Hebrew books and make them much easier to understand with definition of words. There are many comments and commentaries along with cross-bible verses. You will find verses in this book showing what it also said in 1st Enoch when dealing with a similar topic.
The author has now published 9 'INSIGHTS' books based on either ancient Hebrew books or Apocryphal books, which were also originally written in Hebrew then translated into Greek around 100-300 BCE and then Latin then as in the case of this Slavonic translation, finally into English.
There are many amazing things written by Enoch of old in this book. There are truths which expose the status quo of modern thinking. This book describes PRE-CREATION and how God allowed both the LIGHT and the DARKNESS for an important purpose.
This book also shows that the Holy Spirit is in fact female, just like in the Book of Proverbs. All ancient Hebrew books attest to the Holy Spirit being feminine.
ENOCH INSIGHTS gives great insight into the book of Enoch itself, which is an ancient book of around 5000 years old and apparently the very first book ever written. The book of Enoch was banned for 1000 years during the Dark Ages, on the threat of one being burned at the stake. Why was it banned?
Enoch lived in a Prediluvian world where 'Fallen Angels' came down from heaven and were seduced by the most beautiful women who had ever lived.
The fruit of this 'forbidden union' were the Giants and Titans, who became cannibals and devoured mankind. Perhaps that is why we find many prediluvian cities underground? Were the prediluvian peoples hiding from man-eating giants and other monsters, such as dragons, dinosaurs and also chimeras of many types? How did the chimeras come into existence?
During his lifespan which reached 365 years old, Enoch had many visions and dreams of heaven. He also visited hell and other dimensions. He prophesied about the entire '7000-year-History' of mankind from the beginning to the very end with stunning accuracy
An in depth and comprehensive study of the Apocryphal Book of Jubilees. This book contains the verses with extensive commentaries, references, and ideas for follow-up. This is a companion book to Jashers Insights and Enoch Insights.
From suffering bullying as a kid, to finding inspiration from his idol Bruce Lee, Mick began to fight back learning martial arts to eventually gain respect and defend himself, going from a bullied kid to black belt in several arts. Training with some of the best masters in the U.K Mick improved to the point where he had to travel over to the USA to train regular with original Bruce Lee student Larry Hartsell to go further in his study's. Further travels over the years to America saw Mick train with some of the best in Filipino weapons combat as well as his teacher taking his training to the highest levels. Helping pioneer modern mixed martial arts in the north of the UK alongside Brazilian Jiu Jitsu when it was in its infancy there is a story to tell from Mick about the highs and lows of running a gym, facing off challengers both in the gym and on the street but most of all there is an inspiring story of the triumph of the spirit and overcoming obstacles in life when many others would have quit.
The book also follows Mick from his childhood being brought up in an Irish fighting family with a father and uncle who had gained respect from their use of fighting skill, facing racism in years gone by.
Sticks and stones is an inspiring insight into someone that stood up to the bullying and name calling using the pain suffered as a driving force to make him stronger and a success in later life.
A melange of time travel.
Trips to Nazareth at a crucial time, and bringing Mary and Yeshua to the year 2020. How will they react to the way the world of now looks back on the world of then?
I have spent a lifetime wildfowling and involved in shooting and fieldsports. Wildfowling has been in my family for over a hundred years, it's in my blood. I have a passion for punt gunning and have also spent the last year breeding award winning gun dogs, particularly Chesapeake Bay Retrievers.
I decided to write this book as quite often I would find myself relaying some of my wildfowling, punt gunning, shooting and dog breeding stories and advice to friends and people I have met. It dawned on me that I had a wealth of experience and stories that I would like to share with others.
I have put together this book to give you an insight into the world of wildfowling, fieldsports, punt gunning and dog breeding that I have gained over the years. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I have enjoyed putting it all down on paper. I've included some interesting and humorous stories as well from over the years.
