Great personal story on the trials and tribulations of a great friend as he struggled to fight cancer. Many people have had similar challenges but few articulate them as well as Glen as he places God, Family and Friends as his rocks to navigate through the system culminating in his remission.

Old Scroll Ranger by Chris Brewer is essential history for anyone interested in knowing the history of the modern-day Ranger and more importantly, understanding the personality and inner core of its members. As a new non-Ranger Grunt, Chris takes us on his personal journey through the creation of the unit to its maturity as the leading edge of our Nation's forces.
The ethos of the Rangers and the Super Glue of personal responsibility and clear discipline of being a Ranger are well documented. The personal pain and later pride of this journey is superbly narrated.
The many things, hidden to outsiders and nearly lost in history, are well described. These created what a Ranger is, both individually and as units. Ninety percent of what it takes to be a Ranger is lost on the general public-Chris makes these abundantly clear and highly significant on the path to maturation and combat excellence.
I cannot recommend this more. For the first time, we have a clear descriptive of the internal glue that became the modern day Ranger and Ranger Battalions. What Ranger Brewer experienced and his own personal journey are alive and well in the present Rangers and he shows the way.

Nevertheless, she felt the urge to get this story written, and after almost a year of healing from her injuries, she was able to begin writing this story. So come along on the musical, magical, and ever-imaginative journey of Frankiey and her friends in their very own snowy wonderland!
It all started with a slice of pizza...
As that slice flew through the air, Caleb had no idea the grudge Becky would hold that would lead to a game of cat and mouse, the incredible new friends he would meet, or the adventure of a lifetime he would find himself on. An adventure full of portals, peanut butter, magic, kidnappings, chases, time travel, mystical creatures, puppies, prophetic dreams... But let's not get ahead of ourselves.
The true beginning started at Walmart when Caleb and his dog, Pinky, met Casey and Matt. When they go on an unusual vacation with Casey's sister, Gabby, they find three girls with magical powers who send them on a quest to find their long-lost friend, Aelene. To do so, they must find four pieces of the Memory Portal that are scattered across the globe.
This will either be the best or worst adventure of their lives. It just depends on the perspective...
Full of exciting action, bizarre mayhem, witty humor, and the best kind of randomicity one can imagine, The Adventures of Caleb and Pinky: The Enchanted Journey is the first in a trilogy by Joyce F. Blevins that is sure to entertain readers young and old.

After being friends for 30 years and sharing occasional Dutch-treat lunches, Max Morath (Mr. Ragtime), invited Diane Fay Skomars to attend Jelly's Last Jam on Broadway and to Joe Allen's after, and he, picked up the tab! They married on the shores of Lake Superior and had 25 years of love on the run, filled with their busy careers and determination to stay close. But life took a turn when, in his nineties, Max's health began to fail. They took the challenge in stride. In this moving, yet merry memoir, Diane shares from the heart and tells the truth about watching Max decline over five years and then witnessing his last breath. For half a century, Ski for Light has been a beacon of possibility, offering blind, visually or mobility-impaired individuals a chance to experience the exhilarating freedom of cross-country skiing in the great outdoors. What began in Colorado as an effort to replicate the Norwegian Ridderrenn with a few dedicated volunteers has grown into a national organization with a profound impact on thousands of lives.
The author began this book as an opportunity to share a few thoughts he had pondered over the years. Each time he read through his writing he was prompted to look into another aspect of gnostic writings, folklore, Jewish traditions, geography, or God's laws. He gained a greater understanding as he researched that additional background information. This writing began as a simple essay that became a novelette, then a novella, until it matured into the short novel it has now become.
Regardless of your response, he is grateful for the knowledge he has gained from the research. He thanks you for allowing him to share his views of one of the most important periods of time in the history of the world.
My name is Dastan Kavod. I was born and raised in the Eastern Midwestern United States. I am seventy- eight years old and enjoy working number puzzles and playing chess in my spare time. Most of my adult life I have struggled against what I believed were historical inconsistencies that has so muddied the waters of historical truth. I decided to touch upon most of those dogmas in a novel that would have a historical basis that could be contested in open debate by opened minds. I hope this writing stimulates that discussion. Every item touched upon in this writing has been attacked or embraced by someone over the centuries. There is nothing new here; just what I believe is a wonderful story that just might explain the first thirty years of our Lord's life.
There is tremendous freedom in knowing that the solutions organizations and communities seek to their problems already reside within these entities. By grounding our work in Spirit, we experience hope, inspiration, and the healing energy of community. The more we apply these principles to our work, the more we experience a widening of our circle of influence and support. This upward spiral of positive energy is the essence of transformation and why so many leaders are planting Seeds of Fire and growing Roots of Hope.
