The long-awaited making of the Donna Summer album covers book has arrived. For years fans have asked me to make a book filled with my memories and behind the scenes photos of my shoots.

Well, the time has come. The book is HERE! It is filled with my personal recollections and wonderful photos.

It describes what went into creating my sets, the cover shots and more. Beyond that, it is a tribute to the many years I spent collaborating with the talented, and magnetic soul, Donna Summer!

Harry Langdon has had an illustrious career as a Celebrity photographer for over 50 years! It has been Harry's life mission to make sure his images represent his clients looking their best, which is why they all flocked to him.

It is much easier to make a list of Celebrities whom Langdon hasn't photographed than it is to make a list of those whom he has.

'Nothing On A Stage Is Permanent: the Harry Langdon Scrapbook' visually tells the story of my father's life and career, beginning with the turn-of-the-century medicine shows, moving on to vaudeville and Broadway, then continuing on to his career in motion pictures. Most of the material included derives directly from my father's personal collection, with many never-before-seen family photos as well as rare stills, posters, personal correspondence, press clippings... and a few surprises.
