WHO IS THE KING IN AMERICA?
Before you answer, do you know what the most common form of government in world history? From the invention of writing around 3,300 BC, the world has mostly been ruled by kings.
Though called by different names: Pharaohs, Chieftains, Emperors, Caesars, Sultans, Khans, Maharajas, Monarchs, and Dictators, they act the same.
Power, like gravity, concentrates into the hand of one person, who rewards his friends and punishes his enemies.
In Socialist and Communist countries, too, though professing equality, they inevitably end up being run by dictators.
The King of England was the most powerful king the planet had seen. When Americans got the chance, they set up a government as far from a king as possible.
They flipped it and put the people in charge.
A republic is where the people are king, ruling through their representatives.
The Constitution, in effect, is a collection of hurdles to prevent power from snapping back into the hands of a king.
Where did founders get their idea of people ruling themselves? -England's Magna Carta; -Roman Republic; -Athenian Democracy; and ultimately, -Ancient Israel.
Israel, during its initial 400 years out of Egypt, was the first well-recorded instance of a nation ruled without a king.
Did this influence colonial pastors who founded New England - a generation before Europe's Age of Enlightenment? You will be surprised
What ingredients are needed for a nation to function without a king? Is the God of Bible an integral part?
What is the difference between a democracy and a republic. How do they rise & fall?
Did political activists develop tactics to help them fall: Machiavelli, Robespierre, Hegel, Marx, & Alinsky?
Are these tactics being used in America today?
- Identify racial & class fault lines running through society.
- Fan real or perceived injustices into flames, creating tension & unrest.
- When domestic violence erupts, everyone is so desperate to have order restored they relinquish freedoms to the state.
How is domestic unrest created? Agitators, labor organizers, community organizers, agent provocateurs provoking agents].
Former Presidential political advisor David Axelrod explained in a NPR interview, April 19, 2010: In Chicago, there was an old tradition of throwing a brick through your own campaign office window, and then calling a press conference to say that you've been attacked.
Forty-five countries fell to communist dictators this way.
Joseph Stalin stated: Crisis alone permitted the authorities to demand - and obtain - total submission and all necessary sacrifices from its citizens.
Discover the keys to defeating these tactics and preserving the freedoms of America's republic

How was the time Saint Patrick lived in similar to today?
The Roman Empire was falling: *Illegal immigrants overrunning boarders *Latin Language displaced *Sexual immorality *Exposure of unwanted infants *Violent gladiatorial entertainment *Outsourcing to North Africa *Enormous debt & government *Explosion of welfare & government jobs *Taxes unbearable *Church discouraged political involvement *Military over stretched *Atilla the Hun committed terrorist attacks
Rome pulled its Legions back from the frontier of Britain leaving it to marauding gangs. Patrick was kidnapped as a boy and sold him into slavery in Druid Ireland. He miraculously escaped, only to have at age 40 a divine call to go back as a missionary. He confronted Druid chiefs, baptized 120,000, used the three-leaf clover to teach the Trinity, and founded 300 churches, which in the next century sent missionaries back into Europe!

Booker T. Washington was a towering figure in American history. His story from slave hut to university president is one of the most inspiring in American history. During the Post Civil War and Reconstruction Era, he founded Tuskegee Institute in 1881, and tirelessly labored to help his people in the South. He addressed thousands across the nation and met with renown leaders, such as John D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, and the Queen of England. He was the first African American to have dinner with a President in the White House. He overcame critics to advocate practical solutions to the pressing issues of his day. He was a man of faith. Historians refer to the years 1880-1915 as the Age of Booker T. Washington. You too can be inspired by the strength and genius of Booker T. Washington! Character, not circumstances, makes the man. Success is not measured by the position one has reached in life, rather by the obstacles overcome while trying to succeed. I would permit no man, no matter what his color might be, to narrow and degrade my soul by making me hate him. The surest way to lift up ourselves is to lift up someone else. The happiest people are those who do the most for others. Great men cultivate love ... only little men cherish a spirit of hatred. The only way to show ourselves superior to others is to excel them in kindlier impulses and more generous deeds. I learned to love to read the Bible ? No matter how busy I am, I always make it a rule to read a chapter or a portion of a chapter in the morning.
